Adults on Push Scooters

On my way to the supermarket today, I happened upon a young-ish couple riding push scooters. This is a pretty worrying phenomenon and something I've noticed more and more often.

It has to stop!

Check out this picture of a smug woman on her way to work. Do you think the people at the bus stop think she's an arsehole aswell?

On Rainbows

I don't know if it was the Sony ad that put the concept of spectrums of colour back to the forefront of design or not, but either way since I seem to see them everywhere.

The Foreigners

I like No Age. I like skateboarding. So when I heard that Randy from No Age had filmed and directed the new Altamont video; The Foreigners, I was happy.

Here's the trailer:

Destroy your Mac

Microsoft has had enough of people thinking that Apple is cuddly and nice and the choice for really, really creative people, so they've paid Jerry Seinfeld $10m to tell people that Microsoft is cuddly and nice and and the choice for really, really creative people too.

I think they should cast Michael Richards in the follow up.

Coming Out on a Rainy Day

Inventing stuff is great isn't it? You have an idea, you make your thing, then you sell it.

Part of my job in writing this blog, is to open your eyes to the multitude of ways you can express yourself by buying things. Things like Rain Legs.

It's a common problem of the cyclist (particularly in rainy old London) to get wet legs in the rain. Well not any more! Rain legs have been tried and tested by "bike couriers AND independent organisations". Not only do they keep your thighs dry - they look super awesome too.

Props to Brando for the link

Self Actualisation

There is a logical place to start when writing one's first blog post; a mine of bullet proof information, tried and tested for years by the Interweb's literary elite. Its name is Wikipedia.

This is where our journey begins blog friends; with the subject of self actualisation.

Wikipedia / Maslow describe self actualisation as

"the desire for self-fulfillment, namely the tendency for him [the individual] to become actualized in what he is potentially. This tendency might be phrased as the desire to become more and more what one is, to become everything that one is capable of becoming."

Some people get an education, others undertake charity work. My path is sharing videos of dogs trying to have sex with children on the internet.
