On my way to the supermarket today, I happened upon a young-ish couple riding push scooters. This is a pretty worrying phenomenon and something I've noticed more and more often.
It has to stop!

There's a prim, schoolmarmish granny that bangs around Surbiton on her scooter, I think she should be an exception to the rule, due to the amount of smiles she puts on people's faces!
